Kevin advises national and international companies on all aspects of intellectual property law including litigation as well as transactions.
Already during his legal traineeship, Kevin Nebel focused on patent law. Additionally he has gained extensive experience in trade mark law.

- an international biotech company in relation to assay technologies
- an international group in the electronics sector regarding various intellectual property issues
- a global chemicals company on IP aspects of a transaction
- various clients in the field of trademark law*

In parallel to his university studies Kevin worked as a research assistant for a company in the industrial automation sector. During his legal traineeship, he worked for a leading international law firm as well as for a DAX-listed company in Germany and abroad. He was admitted to the bar in 2020 and worked for another international law firm before joining Herbert Smith Freehills in May 2021.
