Ken is a litigator with a broad commercial disputes practice with experience acting on complex commercial cases.

Ken’s general commercial litigation experience is combined with experience advising on regulatory (particularly financial services) investigations and enforcement proceedings. 

A versatile litigator, he has acted for clients across a variety of industries (such as financial services, aviation, technology and the media industries) and involving diverse subject matters such as civil fraud claims, cross-border derivatives disputes, media phone hacking disputes and market manipulation regulatory enforcement claims.

Before joining Herbert Smith Freehills, Ken practised in the commercial litigation groups of leading global and Australian commercial law firms in London and Sydney.

Background

Ken graduated from the University of New South Wales with honours degrees in Law and Commerce.

He is admitted to practise as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW (2015), Federal Court of Australia (2016) and the High Court of Australia (2016).
