Ken has conducted class actions which have been judicially described as being the largest in Australian legal history.
He is one of a handful of solicitors in Australia regarded by his peers for ‘Bet-the-company’ litigation and has previously been the ‘Class Action Lawyer of the Year’, Victoria (Best Lawyers Australia) having conducted disputes in state Supreme Courts, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia, and numerous specialist tribunals.
Ken is a co-author of the first and now leading text in Australia on class actions, Class Actions in Australia.
He is a ‘leading individual’ in Legal 500, in which Herbert Smith Freehills is ranked first tier, a frequent speaker on legal issues and in particular class actions. He is also a member of Herbert Smith Freehills’ 12 member Council, the ultimate governance body of the firm.
