Juliana Tran is an associate in the Corporate Crime and Investigations practice group at our Frankfurt office.
Juliana advises national and international companies in the field of white-collar crime law.
The main focus of her work is representing companies before investigating authorities and courts as well as advising companies affected by criminal offences committed against them.
This also includes assisting companies in the judicial and extrajudicial enforcement of claims against those involved in white-collar crime. A further focus is the support of companies in the area of preventive criminal law advice and general compliance.
Background
Juliana completed her law studies in Heidelberg (Germany) and Thessaloniki (Greece).
During her legal clerkship, she worked, among others, for the anti-corruption department of the World Bank in Washington D.C. (INT) and for an international commercial law firm in Frankfurt in the area of dispute resolution.
