Judith has been based in the Middle East since April 2005, having previously worked in London. Judith retired from the partnership in 2014 and now acts as a Consultant.

- Al Salam Bank Bahrain on the establishment of the first Shari'ah compliant Asian REIT Fund
- Bharti Airtel on its US$10.7 billion acquisition of Kuwait based Zain's telecom businesses in 15 African countries
- Emirates Telecommunications Corporation (Etisalat) on its US$2.89 billion acquisition of Egypt’s third mobile operator license the US$2.65 billion acquisition of 26% with management control of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL)
