- advising a multinational company on potential SIAC arbitration and court proceedings in relation to a Myanmar joint venture
- acting for shareholders of Singapore retail giant Mohamed Mustafa & Samsuddin Co Pte. Ltd in minority oppression claims in the Singapore High Court
