Jose María is an associate in the Madrid finance practice.
He advises banks, funds, financial entities, lenders, borrowers and sponsors on the structuring and implementation of sophisticated financial transactions, including acquisition finance, project finance, real estate finance, restructuring and corporate financings. He also has advised on corporate matters in M&A transactions.
Background
He has a dual degree in Law and Business administration (E-3) by Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) (Spain). He also has a dual master's degree in International business law and for Admission to the bar by Universidad Ramon Llull (ESADE Business and Law School) (Spain). He speaks Spanish and English. He is admitted to the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid (ICAM – Madrid Bar Association).
