Jordan is a commercial litigator with experience in a variety of large-scale, complex commercial disputes in Australia and abroad.
Jordan has acted in a number of high profile commercial disputes traversing several sectors, including “test cases” with substantial sector-wide implications, class actions and insolvency disputes. He has also acted on a number of significant and high profile regulatory investigations and commissions of inquiry.
Jordan’s interests include corporate crime, securities litigation and market integrity, and regulatory enforcement policy.
Jordan graduated from the University of Adelaide with a double degree in law (university medal, first class honours) and commerce (corporate finance). Before joining Herbert Smith Freehills, he worked at a leading international law firm specialising in complex commercial disputes and class actions.
