Jessica is a Lawyer in the Alternative Legal Services (ALT) Disputes Johannesburg team and is focused on providing high-demand and technology augmented legal services, such as assisting on, and facilitating with, high-volume document review, as clients prepare for large-scale litigation or arbitration, in a quality driven manner.
Jessica served her articles in many court rooms, before many Magistrates, in a practice centred on civil litigation, and has furthered her disputes experience into tax litigation at KPMG and Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr.
Jessica has supported global mandates in preparing clients for a wide variety of disputes, in industries from insurance, to securitisation, to military operations, construction, publishing and high-profile, statewide investigations.
Jessica has facilitated project delivery and provided quality assurance in the face of challenging deadlines, and serves a legal project management role to ensure that the client receives an excellent ALT product.
As part of the ALT team, Jessica contributes to cutting through volumes of client documentation and understanding their pain-points, to simplify complexities and deconstruct matters, so clients are able to focus on relevant issues and prepare for large-scale litigation, arbitration and investigations, in a targeted and precise fashion.

Jessica holds a bachelor of laws and an Honours degree in English Literature from the University of the Witwatersrand.
