Jennifer assists clients across a variety of industries in structuring, negotiating and implementing significant corporate transactions. Jennifer has experience in both domestic and cross-border transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, general corporate advisory and financial services regulatory matters.
Prior to joining the firm’s corporate practice, Jennifer worked in the firm’s Disputes practice, practicing in general commercial litigation with a focus on financial services regulatory matters.

- A$4.2 billion sale of its global asset management business, Colonial First State Global Asset Management (CFSGAM) to Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation
- proposed A$8 billion demerger of certain of its wealth management and mortgage broking businesses
- proposed A$3.8 billion sale of its Australian and New Zealand life insurance business to AIA
- sale of financial advisory business Count Financial to CountPlus
National Australia Bank, in relation to the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry.
Citi in relation to its range of ASX listed and Chi-X listed warrants.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney. She is admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
