Jacobo is a junior associate in the corporate practice in the Madrid office.
He advises financial buyers and companies on M&A and other corporate transactions in the TMT, agribusiness, consumer goods, manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Background
He has a dual degree in Law and Business administration and a master's degree for Admission to the Bar by Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) (Spain). He speaks Spanish and English. He is a member of the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid (ICAM – Madrid Bar Association).
Prior to joining the firm as a junior associate, he completed a full-time internship as a trainee in the Madrid office as well as two six-month internships in other international law firms in the corporate/M&A practice in Spain.
