Josephine has experience assisting clients in a number of different industries across litigious, non-litigious and transactional employment and industrial relations matters. She has gained a broad range of experience in these areas through working in a variety of settings including in private practice, at an employer association and in-house on secondment.
Josephine holds a Bachelor of Arts (with majors in Psychology and Criminology) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne. She is admitted to practice as a solicitor of the High Court of Australia, the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Victoria.
