Jedsarit is a senior associate in our dispute resolution team in Bangkok.

Jedsarit assists domestic and international clients with pre-litigation, litigation and post-litigation strategies, including those involving civil and criminal proceedings. He is skilled in conducting arbitrations under the rules of major arbitration institutions, including ICC, SIAC, HKIAC and TAI, and enforcing arbitral awards before the Thai Court. In addition to his expertise in disputes, Jedsarit advises foreign and domestic clients on a wide range of Thai law, including corporate and commercial law, competition law, and international law. Jedsarit’s practice spans a variety of industries and sectors, including automotive, energy, banking and finance, real estate, hospitality, food & beverage, and retail.

Jedsarit serves as a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and a member of YSIAC and YTHAC. Jedsarit holds a Master of Laws in International Law (with merit, Chevening scholar) from University College London, Master 2 International Economic Law (summa cum laude, Franco-Thai scholar) from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, and a Bachelor of Laws (with second class honors) from Thammasat University. He is fluent in Thai and English, and also understands basic French and German.
