Hugh specialises in advising developers, investors and financiers on the procurement, delivery and operation of major projects in the energy, construction and infrastructure sectors. He has experience advising on renewable energy (including wind, solar, hydro, geothermal and battery storage), oil and gas, mining and general construction and infrastructure projects.
