Helen specialises in dispute resolution and international arbitration. She has supported clients in relation to arbitrations under the rules of Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
She also has experience supporting clients in relation to internal corporate investigations and product liability litigations in the US. She is fluent in both English and Korean.
Her recent experience includes supporting:
- a Korean subcontractor in SIAC arbitration proceedings seated in Singapore concerning a dispute arising out of a power plant in India
- a Korean contractor in a DIAC arbitration concerning claims commenced by a sub-contractor arising out of the construction of a high profile project in Dubai
- a Korean lithium-ion battery manufacturer in a number of product liability litigations in the US
- a FTSE 250 company regarding allegations of financial impropriety by the directors and employees of its Korean office
Helen holds a Bachelor of Laws from University College London. She was admitted as an Attorney-in-Law in New York State in August 2020, and a solicitor in England & Wales in August 2021.
