Hannah prides herself on being an approachable and commercial lawyer, using her technical tax knowledge to assist clients navigate complex corporate tax challenges, and to communicate with state and federal tax agencies to deliver integrated tax advice. Hannah’s previous experience as an International Tax and Global Business Tax Advisor at a Big Four accounting firm enables her to assist clients with both front-end dispute avoidance and risk management issues, as well as resolving disputes when they arise.
Hannah has worked across a number of Australian jurisdictions covering stamp duty, payroll tax, mineral and resource taxes and tax avoidance provisions. Hannah’s breadth of experience allows her to help clients formulate successful strategies across a broad range of sectors, including technology, pharmaceutical and healthcare, hospitality services, mining and resources.
Hannah graduated with a distinction average from the Juris Doctor at the University of New South Wales, and has recently completed her Masters of Laws, focusing on tax, from the University of Sydney. Hannah is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and High Court of Australia.
