Experience
Grace advises clients on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. She has particular experience providing strategic advice on workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, discrimination and whistleblowing claims. She has also advised clients on team move claims and restrictive covenant matters. She has worked with clients in a range of sectors, including the financial, telecommunications, manufacturing and education sectors.
Grace's experience includes:
- advising clients on unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, whistleblowing and team move claims
- representing employers in injunction proceedings arising out of breach of contract claims as well as workplace health and safety matters
- providing strategic advice on disciplinary, grievance and workplace incident investigations
- advising on employment risks arising from corporate transactions

Background
Grace studied law and politics at the University of Auckland. She has practised law since 2013.
