Gina co-leads our Alternative Legal Services’ eDiscovery and Legal Technology practice in Australia.

Gina is responsible for managing a team of eDiscovery specialists providing advice on and assisting with the identification, preservation, collection and processing of client data and managing the electronic data during review and analysis, production and eTrials.

With over 30 years’ experience in litigation support and the eDiscovery industry, she is technology focused and solution orientated, specialising in structured and unstructured data analytics to assist clients with a range of big data challenges and proactive strategies for data management and review.

Working closely with legal teams throughout Australia, Asia and UK, Gina has experience across multiple jurisdictions in complex disputes, arbitrations and investigations. She has been involved with scoping and running electronic trials for Supreme and Federal Court hearings and Arbitrations in Australia and Singapore.

Gina is responsible for the delivery of ALT’s global eDiscovery technology initiatives to expand ALT’s practice, incorporating innovative technology-based solutions to drive efficiencies in data-related services.

Background

Gina holds a Relativity Certified Master which includes certifications in:  

  • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA);
  • Analytics Specialist;
  • Processing Specialist;
  • Project Management Specialist; and
  • Review Management Specialist.

She is experienced in Relativity, Nuix Discover, Nuix Workstation and eDiscovery Tools platforms and also holds certifications in Reveal AI analytics and Brainspace.

Gina is a founding Board Member of the ACEDS Australian and New Zealand Chapter and an active member of the Australian Litigation Support Members (ALSM) industry group.
