Genna is an Associate who advises clients on contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. She represents clients across a range of sectors and regularly advises clients on executive recruitment and termination, TUPE strategies, organisational change programmes, the enforceability of restrictive covenants and sensitive discrimination issues. She has acted for clients in Employment Tribunal cases including unfair dismissal, discrimination and equal pay. She has also designed and delivered effective training programmes for HR teams on key employment law issues.
Genna recently spent time seconded to the employee relations team of an international energy company, lending an extra degree of commerciality to her advice.
