Gaelen is a US associate specialising in equity and debt capital markets.

Gaelen has advised investment funds, corporates and investment banks across the United Kingdom and EMEA on Rule 144A/Regulation S corporate finance transactions. Her sector experience includes financial institutions, travel and real estate.


Gaelen is a graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D., cum laude) and the University of Western Australia (B.Phil., First Class Honours). She is admitted to the New York State Bar.
