Frances del Rosario
Frances is a construction and procurement lawyer with front- and back-end experience advising on major construction projects from the perspectives of the principal, contractor and subcontractor.
Frances has also worked in-house for a multinational corporation assisting with whole-of-life project delivery from contract negotiation and finalisation, procurement, asset management, head contractor/principal and head contractor/subcontractor disputes, settlement and adjudications.
Frances has significant skills across a broad range of project delivery models, including EPC, EPCM, D&C, Alliance and Joint Ventures, with both standard and bespoke contracts, including experience with international construction contracts (i.e. FIDIC)

Frances holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland.
