- Jinke Smart Services Group (HK:9666), a leading comprehensive and “smart” property management service provider in the PRC, in its HK$5,738.1 million IPO
- E-Star Commercial Company Limited (HK:6668) a leading commercial property operational service provider in the Greater Bay Area with a national presence, in its HK$803.9 million IPO
Eric is New York qualified and he graduated from Indiana University – Bloomington and Columbia Law School in the U.S.
Eric is fluent in English and Cantonese and he is a native Mandarin speaker.
