Marius is part of our Corporate practice group.
Marius advises national and international clients on corporate law, restructuring and M&A transactions. He regularly advises on corporate cross border transactions, joint ventures and corporate law issues, including complex corporate reorganizations and restructurings. Marius also assists shareholders as well as management and supervisory boards on corporate governance and compliance.
Background
Marius studied law at the University of Münster and the Temple University of Philadelphia, USA. He did his doctorate (Dr. iur.) at the University of Jena on corporate law. Marius completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf.
