Daisy advises and defends national and international companies in the areas of criminal and white-collar crime law and accompanies internal corporate investigations. She also advises clients on the judicial and extrajudicial assertion of claims against those involved in white-collar crime. Another focus is the support of companies in the area of preventive criminal law advice and general compliance.
Daisy studied at the University of Bremen. Afterwards, she graduated with a doctorate. During her legal clerkship, she worked, among others, for leading international law firms in Hamburg and Frankfurt in the practice area of white-collar crime. Before joining Herbert Smith Freehills, she worked as a lawyer in an international law firm in Frankfurt.
