David is an associate in our Dispute Resolution group and specialises in IP law, in particular trademark and copyright.
David advises national and international companies on all aspects of intellectual property law including litigation.
Already during his legal traineeship, David focused on trademark and copyright law as well as international and European law.
Background
David studied law at the Heinrich-Heine-Universität in Düsseldorf with a focus on European and International law. During the legal clerkship, David worked at a law firm specializing in copyright law and at the German Office of Foreign Affairs (Auswärtiges Amt). In addition to his native German, he speaks English and Russian.
