Dany is an associate in the Real Estate practice. He has experience in the development and acquisition of real estate assets; as well as real estate and urban planning risks related to photovoltaic projects.
Dany has experience in advising both national and international clients on the acquisition of real estate in Spain, urban planning discipline procedures, and analysis of real estate and urban planning contingencies in the development of photovoltaic projects.
He also has experience in drafting lease agreements, surface rights and property management agreements.
Background
Dany has a double degree in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, as well as an Expert Master's Degree in Real Estate Law from ESNECA Business School.
