Danielle is a senior associate in our competition, regulation and trade team, who is based in our London office.
Danielle advises on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, including in relation to merger control, abuse of dominance, antitrust, distribution and other commercial agreements.
Background
Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills, Danielle worked at the Competition and Markets Authority and advised on mergers and cartel investigations, including the Phase 2 merger review of Amazon/Deliveroo. Danielle has also worked in Brussels, advising clients on EU competition law.
