Danielle is responsible for developing and delivering the firm’s global Diversity and Inclusion strategy. The strategy is focussed on four key pillars: Clients, Talent, Innovation and Values; and aims to achieve the firm’s vision to be the leading global law firm for inclusion. Danielle is a key member of the firm’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Group, chaired by CEO Mark Rigotti, and collaborates closely with the Council and Global Executive.
Danielle is recognised for her experience with complex diversity and inclusion issues and her collaborative approach to strategic problem identification and resolution. Danielle is also involved in client engagement and business development, and oversaw the firm’s cultural shift away from traditional forms of networking to a new model of sponsorship.
Prior to her role in Diversity and Inclusion, Danielle held a number of other senior HR positions within the firm. Prior to this, Danielle worked for a number of years as a lawyer at the firm. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce/Law from the University of New South Wales.
