Daniel Gomez
Daniel is an associate in HSF’s dispute resolution practice.
Daniel focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters. He advises domestic and international clients across a range of sectors, including petroleum products, energy and mining, financial services, and real estate.
Daniel has represented companies in U.S. state and federal courts in several complex disputes, including toxic tort actions, breach of contract actions, civil RICO actions, and commercial foreclosure proceedings. He also provides litigation avoidance and risk management advice on issues relating to contract terms, and internal and government investigations.
Background
Daniel received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law where he participated in the St. John’s Law Review. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from St. John’s University.
During law school, Daniel interned for the Hon. P. Kevin Castel at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and for another large international law firm.
