Daniel advises companies across all aspects of the employment relationship, including employment and industrial litigation, wage compliance, general protections and unfair dismissal claims, termination of employment, and compliance with industrial instruments and legislation. His experience spans a broad range of sectors, having advised both major Australian and international corporations on their legal obligations and the employment and industrial relations landscape.
Daniel’s career began in South Australia advising a number of the state’s largest employers across a range of employment and industrial relations matters.
Daniel’s recent experience includes:
- advising clients on employment rights and conditions under enterprise agreements, modern awards, contracts of employment, the Fair Work Act and other legislation
- reviewing enterprise agreements and contracts of employment for compliance with the Fair Work Act and modern awards
- advising clients in preparation for litigation in the Fair Work Commission and Federal Court of Australia
- advising on the drafting and implementation of various employment and contractor agreements
