Dan focuses on ensuring the commerciality and technical excellence of ALT Corporate’s innovative and cost-competitive legal solutions. In the performance and delivery of ALT Corporate’s legal service offerings, Dan leads high-volume transactional due diligence and commercial contract reviews. In this role,
Dan supervises a team of legal analysts and solicitors to achieve a high standard of quality, while collaborating closely with clients to ensure our solutions are tailored and offer commercial value.
Before joining Herbert Smith Freehills in 2022, Dan was an Associate in the corporate and commercial group of a multidisciplinary national law firm, where he advised on mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracting and general company / commercial matters across a variety of industries. Prior to this, Dan was a lawyer at a leading global professional advisory firm.

Dan holds a Juris Doctor degree and Bachelor of Commerce degree (Hons) from the University of Melbourne.
Dan is admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
