Danielle is the firm’s Director of Culture & Inclusion.
Danielle is responsible for developing and delivering the firm’s global Diversity and Inclusion strategy and Mental Health strategy and working with the broader People team on culture including how our experience of the workplace drives engagement, shapes culture and boosts performance.
Danielle is accountable to the Global Executive for the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy.
A member of the NSW Law Society’s D&I Committee, Danielle is recognised for her experience with complex diversity and inclusion issues across the legal profession.
Prior to her role in Diversity and Inclusion, Danielle held a number of other senior People & Culture positions within the firm. Prior to this, Danielle worked as a lawyer. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce/Law from the University of New South Wales.
