Cristina is a junior associate in the finance practice in the Madrid office.
She advises banks, venture capital funds, alternative lenders, borrowers and sponsors on implementing all type of finance transactions, including on matters related to leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance, corporate finance and restructurings.
Background
She has a degree in Law and a diploma in Business administration (E-1) and a dual master's degree for Admission to the Bar and Business law by Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE)(Spain). She speaks Spanish and English. She is a member of the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid (ICAM – Madrid Bar Association).
Prior to joining the firm as a junior associate, she completed a 11-month full-time internship in the Madrid office in the finance and corporate practices as well as a summer internship in another international law firm.
