Christopher is an associate in the New York office. 

Christopher's practice focuses on U.S. regulatory matters, including U.S. economic sanctions, export controls, and antitrust issues, government investigations, and international arbitration. He has represented clients in arbitrations conducted under the ICC, ICSID, and ICDR-AAA rules in various sectors, including, construction, alternative energy, pharmaceuticals, telecom, and the oil and gas sectors.

Background

Christopher received his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his A.B. from Harvard University, with a grade of summa cum laude on his thesis in philosophy and intellectual history. He received a Fulbright Scholarship for study at the University of Geneva, Switzerland, and was a visiting student at the École normale supérieure, Paris. In connection with his law degree, Christopher worked for the Director of the Ministry of Human Rights, Yemen. 

During law school, Christopher worked for the United Nations advising the Constitutional Drafting Commission of Yemen. He also spent eight months working for the Office of the U.N. Special Envoy for Syria monitoring the ceasefire and advising on the peace talks between the Government of Syria and the Opposition.
