Chele has more than 20 years of business development, client management and marketing experience. Her strengths centre on leadership, client focus and developing strategic relationships. Chele also has a deep understanding of markets and systems, with extensive experience in delivering strategy. She is passionate about developing high performing teams and investing in a values-based culture.
At the firm, Chele has held a number of global business development roles – the most recent of which included Business Development Director, Clients & Sectors, and Head of Client Relationships. In these roles, her focus was to drive profitable revenue and performance culture through the development of a superior global client portfolio, market-leading products and services and leading-edge expertise, as well as advising and supporting the partnership to help clients succeed – all of which were achieved through sales coaching, strategic client management, and enhancing the overall client experience.
Chele has been with the firm since 2005.
Chele completed her Masters of Business Administration in 2002 and holds a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in English and History). In addition to these qualifications, Chele also holds a number of other professional qualifications, including an executive coaching certificate and an MCSEIT accreditation.
