Cecilia advises Federal, State and Local government and private sector clients on major infrastructure and general commercial transactions, with a particular focus on precinct development, public private partnerships and complex government procurements (including direct dealings and unsolicited proposals).
Cecilia’s recent experience includes advising:
- the Western Parkland City Authority in relation to all aspects of the master planning and development of the Western Parkland City, the Western Sydney Aerotropolis and Bradfield City Centre;
- Investment NSW and the Department of Premier and Cabinet in relation to the development two university campus precincts in NSW;
- Investment NSW on the NSW Government’s global trade and investment expansion;
- NSW Treasury and the NSW Department of Family and Community Services (now Department of Communities and Justice) on phase two of the Social and Affordable Housing Fund.
Cecilia has a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies (France) from the University of Technology, Sydney. She has also completed the Australian Institute of Company Director’s ‘Foundations in Directorship Course’.
Cecilia is admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
