Cynthia is an associate in the disputes team with experience advising clients on contentious and non-contentious matters.
She has a focus on class actions and commercial litigation consisting of experience in the technology and automotive sectors. She has advised leading global technology companies in relation to multijurisdictional regulatory matters, products law and disputes. She has also advised a leading global automotive manufacturer in one of the most high-profile group litigation disputes in the UK.
Cynthia graduated with First Class Honours from Keele University (LLB), and holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Cynthia joined Herbert Smith Freehills from another international law firm.
