Bowie advises financial and corporate institutions on a broad range of financial services regulatory issues. This experience includes working on regulatory and internal investigations in relation to issues such as sponsor obligations, IPO disclosure, mis-selling, misconduct of senior management and anti-money laundering compliance.
Bowie also advises clients on non-contentious regulatory and compliance matters, including licensing issues, suitability obligations, regulatory reporting and the drafting of client documentation in relation to the provision of financial services.
Bowie graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Law) degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree, before completing the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same university.
