Bianca advises on insurance, health and safety, product liability, professional negligence and high-value personal injury claims.



Bianca helps clients navigate insurance and reinsurance disputes across a range of clauses of policy. She also assists clients following health and safety incidents causing serious injury or death as well as complex or high-value personal injury claims including stress at work and alleged bullying incidents.
Bianca's experience includes advising:
  • BP in relation to the Inquest following the In Amenas terrorist attack in Algeria in January 2013
  • Chevron in relation to the police and HSE investigation arising from the Pembroke Refinery Explosion which resulted in 4 fatalities
  • a firm of structural engineers in relation to two multi-party claims in the Technology and Construction Court arising from the collapse during construction of a new build church in Ilford


Bianca holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from York University in Canada. Bianca also has a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Science in Law and Finance from Queen Mary University of London. Bianca was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2019.
