Ben is an Associate in the dispute resolution division of Herbert Smith Freehills.
Ben has a range of litigation experience with a particular focus on disputes arising from corporate insolvencies. He has advised a broad range of clients on a variety of live and potential disputes.
Ben is based in our London office, having previously spent four years practising at a leading litigation firm in New Zealand.
Background
Ben holds a Master of Laws (First Class Honours) and Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. Ben was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2018, and joined Herbert Smith Freehills in 2022.
