Ben is a real estate senior associate with experience in all areas of real estate, in particular asset and corporate acquisitions and disposals and asset management work.
Ben has advised on a broad range of commercial property transactions, including asset and corporate acquisitions and disposals, platform property management arrangements, joint ventures, pre-letting and other asset management matters, property financings and corporate occupier arrangements. He has acted for a range of clients including private equity investors, UK real estate funds, sovereign wealth funds, other institutional investors, developers and banks. Ben's experience includes a secondment to a global investment bank.
