Beatriz is an associate in Herbert Smith Madrid Real Estate group, she advises Spanish and foreign clients on real estate transactions, including negotiation of lease agreements, leveraged acquisitions and corporate restructuring. Likewise, she had advised financial entities and private developers on real estate finance transactions.
Her main sectors of practice are shopping centres sector, hotels and real estate portfolios, but she has also been involved in a large number of transactions related to the acquisition and financing of with photovoltaic and wind plants.
Background
Beatriz has a double law and business degree from the Universidad de Murcia and partially studied at Université Paris X (France) and West Virginia University (USA). She also has a double LLM from IE Law School.
Beatriz speak Spanish as her native language, is bilingual in French and fluent in English.
