Annika Holden
Annika is a senior associate in our London Real Estate team and advises on planning and consents.
Annika advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious planning law, including planning applications and planning agreements, environmental impact assessment, compulsory purchase, highways agreements, the community infrastructure levy and public inquiries. Annika has particular experience advising in relation to high-profile and politically sensitive regeneration projects.
Annika also works closely with her real estate, finance and corporate colleagues in relation to the planning aspects of property acquisitions, disposals and financings.
For six months in 2013-2014, Annika was seconded to developer Lendlease, where she assisted the development team, in particular with projects at the Timberyard, Deptford and Elephant and Castle.

Tottenham Hotspur Football Club regarding the compulsory purchase of land to bring forward the Northumberland Development Project (including the proposed new stadium for Tottenham Hotspur Football Club)

Background
Annika holds a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from the University of Melbourne. Annika also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Media and Communications) from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law (Melbourne).
