Anna Shemer (née Bellier) is a US associate specialising in equity and debt capital markets.
Anna is an associate in our US securities team. Anna advises both UK and international clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary capital raisings and note offerings.
In 2023, Anna spent 9 months on secondment at Barclays in the ECM legal team.
Background
Anna is a graduate of the Paris Dauphine University (Master of Laws, magna cum laude) and New York University School of Law (LL.M.). Anna is admitted to the New York State Bar.
