Anna Rosón Eichelmann is a lawyer in our Employment, Pensions and Incentives practice group in our Frankfurt office. She advises national and international companies on individual and collective employment law issues as well as data protection law. In particular, she assists companies in connection with the drafting of employment contracts, in the planning and implementation of personnel measures and in general questions of works constitution law. A further focus of her work is the structuring and termination of services agreements and general contract law.
Anna has been admitted to the German bar since 2018 and completed a specialist course in employment law at the Hagen Law School. Before joining Herbert Smith Freehills in 2019, Anna worked as an in-house lawyer for a software start-up. Prior to that, she worked for a bank's HR legal team as well as for employment law and litigation teams at other major international law firms. Anna studied and completed her legal clerkship in Frankfurt and Madrid. In addition to her native languages German and Spanish, she speaks English and French.
