Anitha is a solicitor in the Disputes Resolution practice and specialises in contentious financial services regulatory matters. 

Anitha has broad experience assisting with complex internal and regulatory investigations, and in a range of subject matters including insider trading, market manipulation, continuous disclosure obligations, and misleading conduct.

Anitha spent time on secondment in the Royal Commission Response Team at Westpac, assisting in implementing the recommendations of the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry.

 

Background

Anitha has a Bachelor of Commerce (Liberal Studies) from UNSW and a Juris Doctor from UTS.

She is admitted to practice in New South Wales.
