Andrew has more than 20 years of experience advising employers in various business sectors on complex and important employment issues.
He is a solicitor advocate and has represented clients in contentious matters in the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court as well as in the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal and in overseas proceedings.
Andrew advises employers on industrial disputes and negotiations with trade unions and other employee representative bodies. He has extensive experience of corporate transactions, including those with an insolvency angle.
He is regularly involved in board-level reorganisations, corporate governance matters and internal investigations, in particular in the financial services sector.

Andrew has contributed to various publications and co-authored the UK section of the European employment law textbook "Arbeitsrecht in Europa" and the chapter on "Employees as Directors" in the ICSA Guide for Directors.
