Vitol on its US$7 billion oil & gas project in Ghana including advising on the gas sales agreement with GNPC

Trident Energy on the acquisition (together with Kosmos Energy) of Hess International Petroleum, Inc., the indirect owner of an 80.75% participating interest in the Block G offshore oil and gas field in Equatorial Guinea

Background
Andrew holds an LL.B (Law with American Law) from the University of Nottingham which included one year at the University of Texas at Austin. He spent a year working at a leading law firm in Trinidad before joining Herbert Smith Freehills. He was seconded to BP for 10 months in 2011-12.
