Alison Lympany
Alison is the Head of Legal Operations for Australia and Asia, based in our Hong Kong office.
Alison has over 20 years' experience in the practice, and business, of law.
A passion for managing large scale redevelopment projects led her into the field of Legal Project Management and she transitioned into the firm's Legal Operations function in 2014.
Alison has been based in Hong Kong for eight years, working with clients from a broad range of sectors across the Asia pacific region. Alison and her team deliver genuine innovation in legal service delivery by drawing on the complementary disciplines of design thinking, process improvement and project management. Alison works with clients to enhance operations for in-house legal functions, streamline the delivery of key workflows and support the creation of legal operations functions and their strategy.
Leveraging her background in transactional work, together with deep cross-cultural experience, Alison has also worked directly with a number of the firm’s core clients on aspects of their own transformation initiatives and strategies. She is attuned to accommodating different cultures, systems and processes into the design of solutions.
Background
Alison Bachelor of Laws with Honours in Law from the University of Nottingham and has completed Legal Practice Course from Nottingham Law School. She is admitted to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales.
