Alejandra is a Spanish lawyer specialising in the real estate sector.
Alejandra has advised both national and international clients on the acquisition of real estate assets (eg shopping centres, office buildings and logistic warehouses), non-performing loans (NPLs) and real estate owned (REOs) portfolios.
She has experience in sale and leaseback transactions, in drafting commercial lease agreements and she has comprehensive due diligence skills.
Background
Alejandra has a Law degree and a Business certificate awarded by the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) in Madrid, and partially studied at the Haagse Hogeschool in The Hague (The Netherlands).
